The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that children see an orthodontist for the first time at the age of 7. The main purpose of an early visit is so Dr. Andrews can check that the teeth and bite are developing correctly. If any corrections are needed, it’s easier and less expensive to take care of them early on than when after the mouth is fully developed.
For young children not yet ready to start treatment, Dr. Andrews invites those patients to join our Kids Club. Members of the Kids Club get free monitoring of their facial growth and the eruption of their adult teeth. It’s for all kids that are not ready to begin treatment or may never need it.
Participation in the Kids Club is at no additional cost.
